Kids club: A holiday kids club will be at Granville Community Baptist Church, corner of William and South streets, Granville, July 7-10, 9.30am-noon, for children aged 5-12. Activities include games, prizes, music, craft, Bible stories and refreshments. Cost is $1 per child per day, $10 a family for the four days. Details: 96371540 or 96363271.

Parents: Australian Breastfeeding Association presents Breastfeeding and Early Parenting Workshops for new and expectant parents on Saturday, July 12, 9.30am-12.30pm. Author talks: Parramatta Library hosts monthly author talks at 1pm. Tony Park (July 15), best-selling thriller writer, will talk about his latest book, Safari; nutritionist Karen Fischer (July 22) will discuss The Healthy Skin Diet; and gardening expert Barbara Horn (August 26) will discuss And Lovely is the Rose. Infant massage: Infant Massage Information Service will host two free demonstration sessions for parents at Westmead Hospital on Sunday, June 29, at 10am and 11am. 3/10/2008 | Parramatta is home to many of Australia's oldest cemeteries including the oldest pioneer cemetery, St John's Cemetery, which was established in 1790 and has 17 First Fleet graves.
